As a Customer Service Representative 2, you will serve as a trusted first point of contact, helping individuals access critical benefits and navigate important life moments with dignity and clarity.
What You’ll Do (How You’ll Make an Impact):
In this role, you will apply your skills to:
- Guide customers through complex processes by asking the right questions and directing them to the appropriate services and next steps.
- Review and process applications for programs like Medical Assistance, Nutritional Assistance, and Cash Assistance with accuracy and care.
- Communicate clearly and compassionately to explain rights, responsibilities, and available resources.
- Support office operations, including document management, mail processing, and supply coordination.

What to Expect:
- Full-time schedule (40 hours/week).
- In-person customer interaction as a primary function.
- Travel to Ganado Chapter House on a rotating basis or as needed.
